Am I Able to Do an Internship in Australia?

We often get asked about eligibility for an Internship.

Essentially the Australian medical internship system is reserved for medical students graduating from Australian medical schools, including international students studying in Australia.

BUT does not include other International Medical Graduates.

In most cases, you are actually not looking for an Internship but a Resident Medical Officer job under the Standard Pathway.
